The goal of the SLEA project is to develop solutions for improving the living comfort, also addressing the energy efficiency issue.

The role of the research group at the Robotics Laboratory is two-fold: developing and assessing a control algorithm for a centralized heating system, and developing and interface to visualize the temperature of apartments in a building.

The latter goal is achieved by implementing Smart Facade (here an article in Italian language), a web tool able to show the image of the building, while superimposing the heat map of the apartments with an effect that resembles whose of a thermo-camera.
